Q2 – 2022 Global Ransomware Report

This report covers critical ransomware statistics, major attacks, and common Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) observed by Cyble Research Labs in Q2-2022.

We observed a marginal increase in ransomware attacks compared to Q1-2022.In this report, we also take a look a shift in the operating tempo and patterns of ransomware groups. We also stress upon the underlying importance of continuous monitoring of the Darkweb to pre-emptively mitigate threats.
